Refunds or exchanges are available for products that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible,
the request must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
We accept refund or exchange requests only in cases of:
– Damaged items upon arrival
– Manufacturing defects within 15 days of delivery
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
– Used products
– Items returned without original packaging
– Change of mind or customer error
To request a refund or exchange:

2. Attach clear photos of the damage or defect
3. Wait for confirmation and return shipping instructions
Once approved, you may return the item in its original packaging.
If your return is approved, you may choose between:
– A full refund to your original payment method
– A product exchange of equal value
Let us know your preference in your return email.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within approximately
15 days.
NoirLayer will cover the cost of return shipping for approved damaged or defective items. Please do
not ship items back without prior confirmation.
