These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on the NoirLayer website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. NoirLayer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.<\/p>\n

2. Scope of Application<\/h2>\n

These Terms apply to all users, regardless of their location. However, legal jurisdiction shall remain within Germany and governed by German law.<\/p>\n

3. Orders & Contract Formation<\/h2>\n

An order becomes legally binding once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, such as pricing errors or stock unavailability.<\/p>\n

4. Prices & Payment<\/h2>\n

All prices listed on the website include VAT. Payments are accepted via Stripe and PayPal. We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotional offers at any time.<\/p>\n

5. Shipping & Delivery<\/h2>\n

We use DHL for shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7 business days. We currently ship internationally and to PO boxes. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs procedures.<\/p>\n

6. Returns & Cancellations<\/h2>\n

We accept returns only for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Requests for return must be made within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by NoirLayer. Products that have been used or are not returned in original condition will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

7. Refunds<\/h2>\n

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued within approximately 15 days using the original payment method. Refunds are not issued for non-defective items or items damaged by the user.<\/p>\n

8. Warranty<\/h2>\n

All NoirLayer products come with a 6-month stitching warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage from misuse or normal wear and tear. Please note: While our products are designed with RFID-blocking materials, we do not guarantee absolute protection from all digital threats.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

All content on the NoirLayer website, including product designs, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of NoirLayer and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.<\/p>\n

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any
